Our individual therapy sessions have at their foundation the goal of helping each person function at their best. We aim to help each individual attain more complete self understanding; develop skills for improving relationships; find new ways to cope with stress and anxiety; improve communication skills; break negative and self-destructive patterns; increase career satisfaction; and, increase self esteem and self-confidence.

Family therapy can be necessary to help develop better communication skills, resolve conflict and create healthy, more flexible boundaries between loved ones. Most families are driven to therapy because of a crisis such as a divorce, loss, or repetitive fighting. Family therapy can help resolve old patterns of interacting and create space for healthy rewarding connection.

With a specialization in Arts Based Therapy and several other modalities , I use various mediums of art – visual art (painting, drawing), music, movement and play for children to express themselves. Therapeutic arts based therapy or play happens in a safe, comfortable space where very few rules or limits are imposed on the client, encouraging free expression. It allows one to express feelings on any subject through creative work rather than with speech, it is believed to be particularly helpful for those who feel out of touch with their emotions or feelings.

For clients who don't feel very comfortable with exploring through arts, I also specialise in other modalities of Psychotherapy, including SFBT (Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy), while also drawing from modalities like EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Mindfulness.
